2. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in USD and are payable at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Additional modules or live coaching sessions may incur extra charges.

3. Refund Policy

At SpiritoraOne, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a comprehensive refund policy as follows:

• Full refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied.
• Between days 15 and 30 from the purchase date, a 50% refund is available.
• No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days from the date of enrollment.

To initiate a refund, please submit your request through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

All course materials, including videos, texts, and supplementary resources, are the intellectual property of SpiritoraOne. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpiritoraOne and its affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our courses or use of materials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich.
